Never Too Late
Standing exercise movements adapted to seated. Bands in various levels of strength as participants progress. Ideal for special needs and elderly clients chair based exercises provide flexibility,strength will improve quality of life.
Get on the Ball
A 45-minute workout using flexible bands and a stability ball. Level of intensity can be adjusted by using stronger bands as you progress. A routine that can be done daily to maintain and promote fitness.
