Caroline Frenchman - Certified Personal Trainer and Founder of Phoenix Fitness
When Caroline's husband Mike was offered free personal training sessions Caroline took them and transformed herself in 12 weeks. She then became a certified personal trainer and started her own business in 2006. She has also taken courses regarding food and diet and she has always been active in sports. At present, she is helping people get started on the road to fitness in the privacy of her studio where you can exercise in a comfortable surrounding. Jessica Smith - Personal Trainer
Jessica has been a personal trainer for over a year and a half. She is currently attending York University pursuing her degree in Kinesiology. Prior to this Jessica was trained and certified as a physiotherapy assistant and worked for 2 years in a sports rehabilitation clinic. Her training experience and work history, as a physiotherapy assistant, has helped Jessica to successfully train many clients. She has helped them to not only achieve their fitness goals but also to rebuild following an injury. Jessica encourages you to come and see just what she can do for you.
